  • Flagler Health+ is pleased to offer a place to gather, learn, connect and grow in the Care Connect+ Community Space.

    While there is no charge for reserving the rooms, in order for everyone to have the best experience, participants are asked to adhere to the following rules: 

  • Failure to adhere to these rules will lead to revocation of your access.

     

    1. You may book the room out up to 90 days in advance, no further out.

     

    2. If the room is booked and no one shows up at the third instance your access will be revoked.

     

    3. No walk ins are allowed; the room must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

     

    4. Community space hours are 8am-7pm (last booking window is 6-7pm) Monday through Friday and 9am-6pm (last booking window is 5-6pm) on Saturday.  Classrooms may not be accessed before or after these hours.

     

    5. You must be out of the building by 7pm. Please be sure to end evening classes at the appropriate time to ensure you are leaving the building by 7pm.

     

    6. You may not charge for classes in the free community space.

     

    7. All furniture should be returned to the original location – a diagram is posted on the wall in each classroom to show where all furniture should be placed.  Chairs and rectangular tables are stored in the storage closet. Classroom 1/A&B should be left empty. Classroom C should be set with 6 square tables with 4 chairs at each table. 

     

    8. Classroom 1 (A/B) can hold up to a maximum of 50 people and Classroom C up to 24.

     

    9. No alcohol may be served or consumed. 

     

    10. If food is served during your event, please dispose of any leftovers and make sure tables are wiped down and the room is swept. If your event takes place after 5pm, our cleaning crew will have already picked up garbage and wiped down surfaces for the day, please do not leave food in the suite garbage cans for overnight. 

     

    11. Audio Visual equipment is available for use. A projector and screen are provided as well as a speaker tower. You must supply your own HDMI cord to connect to the system. Microphones are not provided but can be plugged into our system. 

     

    12. Free Wi-Fi is available under NHV-Guest, no password is needed.

     

    13. Noise level must be kept at a volume that will not disturb the people meeting in other rooms. This includes but is not limited to loud music and instruments.

     

    14. Any class that requires loud instruments or music may only be reserved after 5pm or on Saturdays.

     

    15. Please make sure to schedule ample time to set up and clean up the space.

     

    16. In order for this to be a true community space, we ask that you do not charge for classes or groups when using these rooms.

  • Please note that the main point of contact and person who schedules the meeting will be held responsible for any damages to the room or equipment in the room.

     

    If you do not comply with the above list of regulations, we reserve the right to revoke your access to and use of the Community Spaces.
