  • Once a stallholder submits their application, the stallholder agrees to adhere to the terms and conditions as outlined in this document. We implore you to read through the terms and conditions carefully to ensure compliance and to prevent future disappointment or disputes.

    APPLICATIONS AND ATTENDANCE
    1.    Stalls cannot be sublet or sold to another person without written approval from Market Management.

    2.    Stall holders will be informed in writing of their stall allocations, bump in time and

    location one week prior to the market. All stall allocations are final.

    3.    Stall holders must provide current proof of Public Liability Insurance with their application.

    4.    Stallholders are provided with a space at the market and adhere to the term of hire for this event only.

    STALL PAYMENT, CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

    1.    Successful applicants will have 30 days to make payment of stall fees upon notification of acceptance to the market and issue of invoice which will occur at the time of acceptance.

    2.    Notification of non-attendance is required in writing within 21 days of market and a 50% refund is applicable, unless otherwise agreed.

    3.    Once your stall space is accepted and paid for you are guaranteed a place at the market.

    STALL SET UP AND PRESENTATION
    1.      Stallholders will have access to the venue the day prior (21 November 2025) to set up and you must be available to do this. Stall holders must request permission to set up on Saturday morning from 8.00am on the day with a 2 hour set up time. Stallholders must be ready by 10am start time. Pack up and bump out will begin at 4pm and stallholders must be out by 5pm on the Saturday and 7pm on Sunday.

    2.       Stallholders must comply with instructions provided.

    3.       No stallholders are allowed to fix or adhere anything to walls and are responsible for

    any damages they incur to our host venue.

    4.      All stallholders will be provided with tables and chairs however you are more than welcome to bring your own tables and chairs.

    5.      If power is required, it is the stall holders’ responsibility to ensure all cords are tested and safe and are out of sight and do not cause a tripping hazard (i.e tucked away from walkways).

    6.       It is preferred all stallholders have tablecloths covering their table and these must tucked in safely so not to cause any tripping hazards (i.e. not in walkways).

    7.       Stallholder displays must stay within their assigned space for management and safety reasons.

    8.       Stallholders must set up their own tables and chairs and display materials.

    9.       Please show consideration to your safety and that of your fellow stallholders and patrons. Stallholders must clean up any spills or breakages that occur within their stall space as quickly as possible to prevent injury.

    STALL OPERATION
    1.    Stallholders must agree to trade for the entire duration of the market event they have accepted to participate in.

    2.    Stallholders are responsible for the area of their stall and surrounds and must leave the area clean and tidy. Boxes and cartons are to be removed from the venue at end of day.

    3.    All stallholders must be respectful and considerate of their neighbouring stallholders, their spaces and any shared areas. This is not only to ensure the safety of stallholders and patrons, but to maintain a courteous and friendly environment for all.

    4.    It is the responsibility of the stallholder to trade in accordance with Market, State and Local Shire regulations.

    STALL CLOSE & PACK UP
    1.    Stalls must not commence pack up prior to the advertised closing time.

    2.    Stallholders must pack up their stall and transport items to a designated bump out location prior to collecting their vehicle.

    3.    Stallholders must follow directions of market staff at all times to ensure safety.

    4.    All stallholders are responsible for the removal of their own rubbish and must leave their allocated space in the condition it was found prior to bump-in.

    REGULATIONS & INSURANCE

    1. All stallholders come under Wild Sage Event Management Insurance, included with your stall space for PL & Product Liability.

    2. Stallholders must be courteous to other stall holders and patrons at all times.

    OTHER

    1.    While all care is given where possible, Market Management are indemnified from any theft, loss or damage to persons, money or goods as a result of participating in the market.

    2.    Images of stallholders and their products may be used as promotional material by Market Management for media and publicity purposes.

    3.  Event Date is subject to change prior to 7th July 2025.

    EVENT CANCELLATION

    1.    Market Management reserves the right to cancel the event up to 24 hours prior to its scheduled time or with as much notice as possible should this be required.

    2.    Event cancellation will only occur if the following reasons occur:

    ·         Insufficient stalls booked for the day (or significant cancellations)

    ·         Safety reasons

    .         Venue subject to change variations

    3.    Stallholders will be notified by email of any updates leading up to and after the event.

    4.    If event is cancelled by Market Management, refunds will be provided.

    ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR FOOD AND BEVERAGE VENDORS

    1.    Market Management requires the correct permits to sell their food/beverage as a mobile vendor in the local vicinity.

    2.    Food stallholders must be registered with the local council where the event is hosted and submit this to Market Management if appropriate.

    3.    Obtaining permits are the responsibility of the stallholder and must be completed prior to the event.

    4.    Food vendors must produce a copy of their mobile food vendors insurance if applicable.

    LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    1.    Market Management are not liable for any damage, loss or harm stallholders or anyone working with stallholders may encounter as a result of participation in the markets, including physical, psychological and economic harm. Market Management are not responsible for any claims, actions, demands or suits that stallholders may face as a result of their conduct.

    2.    Where disputes are occurring between participating stallholders, in regard to any matter, including but not limited to the Intellectual Property rights of stallholders, Market Management will not be directly involved under any circumstances. Should any disputes be actively occurring at any stage during events, we kindly request that those be taken offline, outside of market hours, and without the involvement of other stallholders, venue staff, or Market Management. Market Management are not responsible for the maintenance of copyright or Intellectual Property rights of any of our stallholders at any time.

    3.    Stallholders found in breach of any of the terms and conditions outlined within this document, risk exclusion from future events at the discretion of Market Management.
