MODEL RELEASE STATES

I hereby assign full copyright release of these photographs to the above-mentioned coordinator, photographer (and the related representatives as it applies) together with the right of reproduction either wholly or in part. I grant to the Photographer or licensees the permission to the above-mentioned photographs either separately or together, either wholly or in part, the perpetual and irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish video and/or photographs of me, or where I may be included for editorial trade, product advertising and such other fashion /business purpose in any manner and medium.

The Photographer and licensees or assignee's may have unrestricted use of these for whatever purpose, including advertising, with and without any retouching or alteration without restriction. I agree that the above mentioned photographs and any reproductions shall be deemed to represent an imaginary person, and further agree that the Photographer or any person authorized by or acting on his or her behalf may use the above mentioned photographs or any reproductions of them for any advertising purposes or for the purpose of illustrating any wording, and agree that no such wording shall be considered to be attributed to me personally unless my name is used.

Provided my name is not mentioned in connection with any other statement or wording which may be attributed to me personally, I undertake not to prosecute or to institute proceedings, claims or demands against either the Photographer or his or her agents in respect of any usage of the above mentioned photographs. I hereby release the photographer named above from all claims and liability relating to images, video or photographs taken of me.

I undertake unless otherwise stated or agreed upon in writing i am not entitled to claims or demands of any images related to the photoshoot produced by the Photographer or his or her agents in respect of any usage of the above mentioned photographs as a collaborative or trade participant. I hereby release the photographer named above from all claims and liability relating to  delivery of unedited raw and unreleased images, video or photographs taken of me.

Model represents that he/she is 18 year or older, that the photography session was conducted in a completely proper and highly professional manner, and this release was willingly signed.

Why we Request your Social Security Number

We Run Background Checks on Photographers Associated with IO for the safety of the models involved due to the sensitive nature of our content. None of this information will be used beyond the background check and all relevant information will be redacted once the background check has been processed. 

Background Check

In order to Become a Vetted Photographer / Videographer in association with Invitation Only Productions and Events  we like to verify that there are no records on file in association with an legal or criminal offenses of a sexual matter. 

Membership Fees

In order to receive on going access to IO model Data Base Vetted photographers are asked to pay a subscription fee of

$10 a month or

an annual fee of $85

Photographer release Details as it pertains to Coordinated Photoshoots

I hereby assign full release of these photographs to the above-mentioned coordinator, photographer (and the related representatives as it applies) together with the right of reproduction either wholly or in part for promotion and reproductive uses but not as partial or full owners. Credit, and related rights must be granted to the Photographer  who shot nd created original content. Any reproductions and promotional content will remain the sole property of the coordinator or licensees the permission to the above-mentioned photographs/ coordinators, or facilitators either separately or together, either wholly or in part, the perpetual and irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish video and/or photographs of me, or where I may be included for editorial trade, product advertising and such other fashion /business purpose in any manner and medium.
