Terms of Service Agreement
Travel Trax, LLC and Telra Institue has partnered up to provide transportation for your student(s). Below you will find an agreement that we ask you to view and select agree regarding our terms and service.

THIS FORM WILL CLOSE JULY 30TH, 2024!

NO ADDITIONS OR CHANGES ONCE THE FORM CLOSES.

WE WILL NOT BE ADDING STUDENTS TO ROUTES ONCE WE HAVE ASSIGNED EVERYONE FOR THE YEAR!

Each Bus will accept 50 students per route, and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

PLEASE NOTE, IF YOUR Student (S) DOESN'T RIDE 60% (3 OUT OF 5) TO THE ASSIGNED STOP, WILL REMOVE IT AND UPDATE THE ROUTES ACCORDINGLY. Once a stop has been removed, you will be responsible for to getting your students to the nearest stop to your home upon approval.

If you were permanently removed from the bus last school year, it will remain in effect while we are the provider as it stated previously! We reserve the right to deny for misconduct that jeopardize the safety of the drivers and students while aboard the vehicle. You may appeal to TravelTraxllc@gmail.com for reconsideration; however, there is no gurantee your request will be granted!
