Welcome to our tamale kitchen. As always, the tamales you receive from us are handmade personally by Richard Lambert.

To place your order, please complete this form, selecting the pick up day that's most convenient. Your tamales will be fully cooked, then frozen. Simply heat and serve. You may also safely store tamales in an airtight bag in your freezer for up to four months.

Our most popular tamale offers the richness of chicken breast and cheddar cheese blended with fresh corn kernels, bell pepper, black olives and our signature salsa verde. Stock a dozen and thank yourself on a chilly night when when you want a quick dinner that tastes homemade.

This vegetarian tamale is hearty enough to please meat-eaters as well. Roasted poblano chiles and jack cheese are mixed with fresh corn kernels in a savory chipotle salsa. If you're looking for a tamale that feels rooted in history with classic flavors, you've found it.

Spicy Chile & Cheese $4.95

We make tamales for lots of folks, and we know some like a little extra heat. This tamale is prepared with poblano chiles, jack cheese, fresh corn, and black olives all blended with our flavorful and spicy habanero red sauce. Expect a clean chile flavor, brisk and unapologetic, that refuses to fade quietly.

A favorite among our customers. Lean shredded pork is gently steamed in a smoky chipotle salsa. Bell pepper, olives, cheddar cheese, and fresh corn kernels add additional texture and color.

Frida's Favorite (Chicken Picadillo) $4.95

Chicken breast in a spiced red sauce with diced potato, carrot, bell pepper, corn, green olives, golden raisins, toasted almonds, and a hint of cinnamon. Frida Kahlo loved the textures and flavor combinations in this tamale which she served at her many parties.

Country sausage, bacon, caramelized onion, diced potato, red and green bell pepper, cheddar cheese, topped with salsa verde. We like ours with a fried egg and side of pico de gallo.

Slow cooked pulled pork, cheddar cheese, fresh corn, bell pepper, and black olives are blended together with our own salsa de barbacoa recipe to create this flavorful tamale.

This non-meat tamale features a smoky, earthy-sweet Oaxacan mole made with chiles, herbs, nuts, warm spices, and tomato. We combine the mole sauce with black beans, fresh corn, bell pepper, and soft Oaxacan cheese to create a tamale unlike any other.
