Welcome to our kitchen. Everything you receive from us is made personally by Richard Lambert.

To place your order, please complete this form, selecting the pick up day that's most convenient. Your tamales will be fully cooked, then frozen. Simply heat and serve. You may also safely store tamales in an airtight bag in your freezer for up to four months.

Now the most popular item on our menu, this tamale features country sausage, thick-cut smoked bacon, caramelized Vidalia sweet onions, diced russet potato, red and green bell pepper, cheddar cheese, all blended together with our signature salsa verde. We like this tamale with a fried egg and a side of pico de gallo salsa.

We make tamales for lots of folks, and we know some like a little extra heat. This tamale is prepared with poblano chiles, jack cheese, fresh corn, and black olives all blended with our flavorful and spicy habanero red sauce. Marna's Chicken Curry Tamale$4.95

Winner of our National Tamale Day Contest, Marna Coday's tamale is like unwrapping a warm hug. Onion, garlic, and ginger, along with tomatoes, curry powder, and coconut milk create a rich base for the chicken. Turmeric, coriander, and garam masala add an "East meets West" final touch that makes this tamale so much fun to eat.
