Volunteer hours you expect will be contributed
Approximate number of volunteer hours spent planning, organizing, promoting and staffing your event.
Estimate the number of people who will participate in your event
Total number of people who you expect to attend or interact with your event, whether they go for a test drive, spoke with owners, or just walked through and browsed the EVs on display. For example, if your event was part of a county fair, estimate the number of people who visited your display area.
Estimate people who will see your event
In addition to those who attended the event, estimate the total number of people exposed to your event. For example, if your event was part of your city’s Earth Day celebration with many other local exhibitors, estimate the number of people who attended the entire Earth Day celebration and maybe saw your display but didn't stop to engage.
