Each individual requesting aid needs to complete the appropriate application. Applications available for girl/adult membership, girl retail, and girl program fees.
  • Girl Scouts Dakota Horizons (GSDH) is committed to providing all girls and adult volunteers the opportunity to participate in the Girl Scout Leadership Experience.

The Membership Scholarship is designed to assist new and renewing girl members or adult volunteers in our council jurisdiction by providing supplemental resources beyond a family’s ability to pay.

Scholarship allocations are subject to availability within the council’s current operating budget.  The eligibility and important information below are offered to outline the application process and help navigate the council’s procedure.

Girl Scouts Dakota Horizons encourages troops and service units to support girl and adult members. Each group manages their money independently following council guidelines and can award scholarships at their discretion. Inquire with the troop leader and/or service unit manager regarding availability of funds.
