All staff must submit proof of their new PSIA/AASI or USSA certification to initiate their raise.

Important:
- You must upload a copy of your assessment form, not a photo of your certification.
- A separate form is required to request reimbursement.
- Raises may take until the end of the current pay period to take effect.
