Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing. No refunds will be made after October 1, 2023. Cancellations prior to October 1, 2023 will be charged a $75 administrative fee. It is your responsibility to cancel your hotel room and airline reservations.

I acknowledge that NASSD cannot guarantee that I will not be exposed to or contract a communicable disease at this event.

I agree to abide by all applicable COVID-19 related requirements, advisories, policies, procedures, and protocols of the city hosts, NASSD, as well as the CDC, city partners, and any other governmental authority for the duration of the event.

I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, and assume full personal responsibility for my participation in the NASSD Executive Summit.

In doing so, I release NASSD, the city hosts, and all of their staff and contractors from liability should I become ill. directly or indirectly, as a result of my participation in this event.
