Area III Refund/Substitution/Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellations, substitutions, and/or requests for refund must be submitted in writing to tetoncd@yahoo.com before 9/12/2023 in order to receive a full refund. Refunds of registration fees after 9/19/2023 will not be issued except in extenuating circumstances that are clearly beyond the control of the registrants, such as airport or road closures for weather or extreme immediate family emergencies. In this case a written request must be provided. All approved refunds will be processed within six to eight weeks after the meeting. For questions regarding your refund, please contact the Teton CD at tetoncd@yahoo.com. Returned checks are subject to a $50 administrative fee.
