We, the participant and the guarantor, if applicable, on behalf of ourselves. members of our family, our heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, hereby forever release, discharge and hold harmless, RUN TO DANGER and RUN TO DANGER representatives and agents for any injury, loss, or damage to my person or property howsoever caused arising out if or in connection with my taking part in wrestling and martial art classes and activities and not that the same may have been contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of RUN TO DANGER and RUN TO DANGER representatives or agents. I hereby fully assume the risks of injury, illness, disability, death or loss of damage to person or property inherent in, and/or in any way connected with, attending, participating in, and spectating RUN TO DANGER wrestling/martial arts even if arising from the negligence of other persons executing a similar waiver and release from liability. I grant RUN TO DANGER and its employees, members, partners and agents perpetual and non-revocable permission to use my name, photographs and videos in which my image and likeness appears in connection with my participation in wrestling and martial arts activities, and the right to employ such images or likeness in media and electronic displays and transmission thereof. I release RUN TO DANGER and its employees and agents from any liability for damages for use in any manner or media of the said rights and waive any and all claims and causes of action for damages.

I agree and understand that this document may be electronically signed, and that any electronic signatures appearing on this agreement are the same as handwritten signatures for the purposes of validity, enforceability and admissibility.
