Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk

In consideration of being allowed to participate in activities organized by RUN TO DANGER, I, the participant (and the guarantor, if applicable), on behalf of myself, my family members, heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby voluntarily and irrevocably release, discharge, and hold harmless RUN TO DANGER, its representatives, agents, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage to person or property, howsoever caused, arising out of or in connection with my participation in wrestling and martial arts classes, events, or activities.

This release applies regardless of whether such injury, loss, or damage is caused or contributed to by the negligence of RUN TO DANGER, its representatives, or agents.

I acknowledge and fully assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to injury, illness, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property, whether inherent to or in any way connected with attending, participating in, or spectating RUN TO DANGER activities, even if arising from the negligence of others who have executed similar waivers.

Media Release and Authorization

I grant RUN TO DANGER, its employees, agents, members, partners, and affiliates, perpetual and irrevocable permission to use my name, photographs, videos, and any other visual or audio recordings in which my image or likeness appears. This permission includes use for promotional, educational, or informational purposes in any media format, including but not limited to websites, social media, printed materials, and electronic displays.

I release RUN TO DANGER, its employees, and agents from any liability for damages or claims related to the use of such images or likenesses and waive all rights to inspect or approve the final product or its specific uses.

SMS Contact Authorization

By signing this waiver, I authorize RUN TO DANGER to contact me via SMS at the phone number provided for communication purposes, including but not limited to class schedules, event updates, reminders, and important notifications related to RUN TO DANGER activities. I understand that standard message and data rates may apply and that I may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by following the opt-out instructions provided.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance

I certify that I have carefully read, fully understand, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk, Media Release and Authorization, and SMS Contact Authorization. I confirm that I am of legal age to sign this document, or if signing on behalf of a minor, that I have full legal authority to do so. I acknowledge that my agreement is binding and that I am waiving substantial rights, including the right to sue, on behalf of myself or my minor child.

I agree and understand that this document may be electronically signed, and that any electronic signatures appearing on this agreement are the same as handwritten signatures for the purposes of validity, enforceability and admissibility.
