This agreement is to verify your participation in the Moonvibez Music Fest The Pop Up Fest on Saturday, August 31st 2024 in Brooklyn NY taking place at a disclosed location in Brooklyn NY. Each Small Business vendor must bring own 6-foot table as well as their own chairs. Small business vendors are permitted to bring displays and stands however, if you are bringing an additonal table you MUST notify the event team at the time of registration. We encourage vendors to be as unique as you please with your display, outlets are available for electronic equipment, but are limited, those needs should be specified at the bottom of the agreement. Vendors are advised to keep products and exhibits to an 8’x8’ display size. Larger displays should give prior notice to the event coordinator. Each vendor holds responsibility and liability for their own products and product effects. Vendors may have access to event space the morning of the day of the event. The event concludes at midnight and vendors have until 11:30 pm for break down. Vendors must pay the registration fee: Our 6x6 vendor space is $155 for 1 day for both days $255 and our 12x12 vendor space is only $218 for 1 day for both days $318 your invoice must be paid before vending space is reserved. Vendor location is on a first come first serve basis, all vending areas have an equal amount of visibility. There are no bad spaces. Payment shall be made directly through square invoice. Registration fees are non-refundable. In the event this event is canceled this contract is null and void and vendors will receive a full refund. Small business vendors are entitled to use the name, likenesses, and other promotional materials provided for Moonvibez Music Festival. As a registered vendor you are welcome to submit a promotional item, i.e., coupon, business card, flyer etc., to be included in our complimentary goodie bags given to all attendees. Your signature verifies your consent to these terms.
