To ensure you get the smoothest results from your sugaring session, please arrive with clean, dry skin. For the best experience, we recommend a gentle exfoliation 48 hours before your visit. To allow the sugar to grip perfectly, please skip all lotions, oils, deodorants, and fragrances on the day of your appointment.

👶 Children + Guests

No children or extra guests unless the client is 13–16 years old.
One parent/guardian may accompany and must remain in the lobby.
No guests allowed in treatment rooms

🔁 Rescheduling + Canceling

Reschedule or cancel via your confirmation email up to 48 hours before.
Only 1 reschedule allowed per appointment.
Inside 48 hours? Text or email us — we’ll do our best to help.

⏰ Late Policy

10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, your appointment is canceled.
Repeated lateness may result in being blocked from booking.

❌ No-Call / No-Show

No-shows are blocked from future booking.
Texting or emailing to cancel (instead of using the confirmation link) still counts as a no-show.

🌧 Inclement Weather

If we close due to weather, we’ll contact you to reschedule.

ACCUTANE WARNING: Using retinoids (accutane or similar) can cause skin to rip off during the sugaring process. For your own safety, we cannot sugar you until you have been off of Accutane or similar medications for over a year's time.

Many people experience a histamine reaction, but on rare occasions people will have an immune system reaction causing white heads to appear on the skin. Please check the box below to acknowledge if you think you are experiencing this after your sugar appointment, you will contact us for guidance.

I understand there are certain contraindications that would preclude me from receiving sugaring hair removal, such as uncontrolled diabetes, melanoma, open wounds, varicose veins, and sunburn.

I understand that the use of tanning beds and/or sun exposure immediately after sugaring hair removal is contraindicated.

I understand that sugaring may result in bruising, ingrown hairs, and skin irritation, redness or inflammation.

I have cited all conditions and circumstances regarding my health history, medications being taken, and any past reactions to products or medications.

I understand that if I have any concerns, I will address these with my Sugarist. I give permission to my Sugarist to perform the sugaring hair removal procedure we have discussed, and we hold her harmless from any liability that may result from this treatment. I have accurately answered the questions above, including all known allergies, prescription drugs, conditions, or products I am currently ingesting or using topically. I understand my Sugarist will take every precaution to minimize or eliminate negative reactions as much as possible. In the event I may have additional questions or concerns regarding my treatment, I will consult the Sugarist immediately.

Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.No-shows, same-day cancellations, or same-day reschedules will be charged the full cost of the service. If you book an appointment for the same day and cancel or do not show up, you will also be charged in full.

ID POLICY -To ensure a safe environment and comply with professional insurance requirements, a valid government-issued photo ID is required for all appointments. Please note that failure to present a valid ID will result in a cancelled session and a full cancellation fee
