DISCLAIMER: I consent to being filmed, photographed and/or recorded during and in connection with the Conference; and to the use or publication of such recordings to provide feedback to participating churches and any other promotional purposes including future events.
• Conference participants who display inappropriate behaviour or create disturbance or safety hazard are prohibited inside the auditorium and will be asked to leave the Conference.
• Each conference participant consents to the collection and processing of their personal data as may be lawfully required for the purposes of participating in the conference.
• The Arise & Shine Organising team shall not be responsible for any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of Conference participants, and shall not be held liable for personal injury, property damage, theft or damage of any kind suffered by the participants at or in connection with the Conference.
• Refund of the registration Fees shall be at the sole discretion of The Arise & Shine Organising team depending on the particular circumstances in which this is requested.
• By registering for and attending the Arise & Shine Conference, each participant acknowledges that he/she has read this disclaimer, and expressly releases The Arise & Shine Organising team and its members, directors, officers, employees or agents from any and all liability in connection with the Conference as provided herein.
