As a vendor, I hereby agree and undertake to indemnify and hold harmless The Women's Expo Hsv, Tiffany Draper, The Von Braun Civic Center, and their agents, servants, and employees from any and all claims, damages, actions, liability, and expenses arising wholly or partially due to any act or omission by the vendor, its agents, contractors, or employees.
Furthermore, I acknowledge that neither The Women's Expo Hsv, Tiffany Draper, nor the Von Braun Civic Center assumes any responsibility for any property belonging to the vendor, which is used or brought onto the premises. As such, the vendor must take all necessary measures to safeguard their property.

By signing this agreement, I am stating that my organization will be present at the event. All fees are non-refundable and there is no cancellation policy. By not showing up, I understand that I am
foregoing my reservation and are held responsible for the full
amount of the vendor fee. Payment is due within 72 hours of application approval or my application will be deleted.
