What We Do: Our goal is to provide a fun and entertaining paint class for you and your guests! Kamri, an experienced art intrustor, will provide a private 2-3 hr. paint party at your venue/location. The instructor will lead you through a step by step process to complete your own work of art of your choosing!
Guests: A minimum of 6 painters are required to book a Private Paint Party. You don't have to have 6 painters, but you must pay for a minimum of 6 painters. Please reserve as close to the number of guests that you anticipate at the time of booking, the final guest count is due 10 days before the event. Please keep in mind we do not provide CHAIRS OR TABLES for your guests.
Cost: The cost for a Private Paint Party is $30-$45 per painter. This cost includes step-by-step painting instruction, canvas, paint brushes, paint, disposable aprons, napkins, and white table covers, so each painter can create their own painting to take home.
Location: For parties held at your location/venue, the host is responsible for providing the venue and securing all details with the selected venue. The host is to provide all necessary tables and chairs for the Paint Party and ensure they are set-up at least 45 minutes prior to the event start time. The host will also be responsible for ensuring myself, Kamri, and her employees have access to the venue 45 minutes - 1 hour before the event, depending on guest count. For travel to a location 20 miles or more, a travel fee will be included.
Party Time: Party Times are booked in two or three-hour sessions. All Parties will start and end on time as specified. Please have your guests arrive 15 minutes before the event. Additional fees ($10 every 15 minutes) will be assessed if the host wants to delay the start of the party, and it is not completed within session time specified in this contract.
Booking Your Party: After reviewing your form, ArtBlock LLC will check availability to reserve the date/time requested. The Deposit is non-refundable, unless the event is canceled in writing as outlined below. The Deposit is to be paid at time of signing the contract and is applied towards the contracted Paint Party's total cost (minimum $180 for 6 painters). Host/Client understands and agrees that the entire balance owed for the Paint Party total cost described in the contract is due 10 days before the day of the event. Host/Client agrees if the balance is not paid by this time, Kamri Flores-Art Block LLC will not hold the event, with a loss of Deposit by Host/Client and no liability to Kamri Flores-Art Block LLC or her employees.
Deposit: A $70 deposit is required to book a Private Paint Party, with the remaining balance due 10 days before the Paint Party. If booking is less than 10 days before the event, the Paint Party balance will be due at booking. Deposit and payment may be remitted easily online through Square invoice that will be sent to you by Art Block LLC. Upon you filling out this form as the Host/Client, Kamri Flores-Art BLock LLC will check availability to reserve the date/time above. If the date and time is available, Kamri Flores-Art Block LLC will not book another event for that date/time once the deposit is paid. For this reason, the deposit is non-refundable, unless the event is canceled in writing as outlined below.
Cancellation Policy: If the host wishes to cancel, the host will need to submit the cancellation in writing to artblockllc@gmail.com at least 30 days before the Paint Party event. If notice is not given in 30 days, prior to the event date, the deposit will be retained by Art Block LLC. Kamri and her employees will make every effort to keep the event date as agreed; however Art Block LLC reserves all rights in unforseen circumstances to cancel or postpone the Private Party. In the event this occurs the host will be notified as soon as possible, and all funds and deposits paid will be refunded.
Keep in mind no Paint Party is guaranteed until you sign our Contract and pay in full 10 days before the Party.
