    6th-8th January 2026 at The Hayes Conference Centre, Derbyshire DE55 1AU
  • To book your place at the conference, all you need to do is complete this form and pay a deposit of £50 per ticket.

    Standard tickets cost £265 (applies for all tickets where the deposit (or payment in full) is received by CRNet by Friday 28th November 2025)

    NB: If your organisation is able to pay in full for the Conference tickets within 30 days of this form being submitted, that would be very much appreciated. 

  • Booking Terms and Conditions

    1. £50 non-refundable deposit per ticket is to be paid within 30 days of booking form submission.

    2. Final balance of all tickets is to be paid by Friday 28th November 2025

    3. Cancellation: 
     

    - Standard Price tickets £265 (deposit paid by Friday 31st October 2025)

    Cancellation on or before 5th December 2025 - you will be liable* for
    50% of ticket price less deposit = £82.50/ticket cancelled.
    Cancellation on or after 6th December 2025 - you will be liable* for
    100% of ticket price less deposit = £215/ticket cancelled.
     

     - Standard Price tickets £265 (booked on or after Saturday 1st November 2025)

    Cancellation - you will be liable* for 100% of ticket price = £265/ticket
     

    *If we are able to find a new delegate to take your place, you may not be charged.

    Once you click the "Submit" button, CRNet will send an invoice for payment to you, or the person you have nominated.

    In due course, CRNet will send through a more detailed booking form regarding the Conference (including delegate names, seminar choices, dietary requirements etc.)
