The Uptown People's Survey

The purpose of the Uptown People's Survey is to gather input from community members on what are the issues that most affect the community. Following this community outreach, we will compile all the data from the surveys and work with members of our co-governance committees to create a District 10 Action Plan.

In addition to the community survey, we will be organizing a People's Assembly later this year to engage more community members in the creation of this action plan.

Co-Governance: A model that encourages public participation in governing and empowers residents to be engaged, involved, and, often, act as decision-makers in their communities. This process aims to create a more inclusive government and increase civic engagement.
