In 2023 we were able to donate $1262.00 to Partners in Housing for children's birthday and holiday gifts despite show participation being greatly impacted by cold and rainy weather. This contribution was made possible by support from vendors and sponsors like you as well as car show participants who brought their show cars despite the bad weather. Most of the children in the PIH program, along with their moms, are escaping domestic violence and enter the program with only what they have on so there is very little, if anything, in the way of gifts for birthdays and holidays. Your support would be greatly appreciated and would enable you to promote your business and help children at the same time. Based on projections we expect our 2024 car show to be even bigger and better with 100 show cars in attendance and an estimated 500 to 600 spectators (possibly more) at the show.

The cost to promote your business at the show is $70.00 but if you would like to donate more it would be greatly appreciated. In the past, some vendors have donated $100.00 to $200.00. Again, all proceeds will go directly to Partners in Housing children's gift program.

In addition to the vendor booth at the show, we would like to help promote your business by putting flyers, brochures, handouts, and any other promotional items you would like to provide in the driver goodie bags and at the registration table. We expect to hand out 100 driver goodie bags to the car show participants.

Please arrive at the show location, 1175 Kelly Johnson Blvd (located in Briargate near the Chapel Hills mall) starting at 7:45 AM. We would like to have all vendors in place and set up before the cars start to arrive at 8:30 AM. The show is open to the public from 10:00 AM to 2:00

Sponsorship of the car show/ Partners in Housing children's gift program is for businesses and individuals that would like to support the show but do not want to set up a booth at the show. Sponsorship would include having your business flyers, brochures, handouts, promotional items, etc. included in the driver goodie bag and available to the public at the registration table. In addition, a thank you to our sponsor's flyer with the sponsor's logo would be included in each driver goodie bag and at the registration table. The cost to be a sponsor is $50.00 but if you would like to donate more it would be greatly appreciated.
