  • Please select two possible weeks(Mondays) you would like your pool closed. Closings are scheduled on a first come first scheduled basis and we make no guarantees that the dates chosen will be available.  If a date is not selectable, the week is fully booked.

    1. Customer is responsible for having all required equipment available to FireMaster employees. Including but not limited to:
      1. Return plugs
      2. Skimmer covers/gizzmos
      3. Pool cover
      4. Failure to provide required equipment will result in additional charge for items if they are stocked on service vehicle. If they are not stocked, service will have to be rescheduled.
    2. FireMaster employees will not enter garages, sheds, etc. to look for equipment without permission from the customer.
    3. Unless instructed otherwise, FireMaster will leave the following items in these locations:
      1. Drain plugs and caps, pressure gauges, sight glasses, other small items from the filter pad.
        1. Placed in basket of pump.
      2. Skimmer basket, return fittings
        1. Placed next to pump and filter.
      3. Ultraviolet sanitizers
        1. Will be given to the customer if they are home, if not, they will be placed next to back door..
        2. It is imperative that ultraviolet systems are placed in a safe climate controlled area. Failure to do so may cause damage to components that are not the responsibility of FireMaster.
    4. If the pool does not have a way of blocking water from entering skimmer such as an Aquador or other device, it is the customers responsibility to have the pool water drained 2-4” below the skimmer before time of service.
      1. If FireMaster must drain the pool, the customer will be billed at FireMasters current hourly service rate while pool drains, or if the technicians do not have time to wait the service will have to be rescheduled.
    5. Customer is responsible for balancing water chemistry prior to FireMaster closing the pool. FireMaster will not balance water chemistry at time of closing.
      1. Failure to have water chemistry balanced at time of closing may cause damage to liner, cover, or other components that is not the responsibility of FireMaster.
    6. Unless Deluxe Closing is chosen, FireMaster will not vacuum or net pool. Deluxe Closing includes up to 30 minutes of cleaning and does not guarantee the pool will be completely clean.
      1. If you would like additional cleaning on pool, this must be noted before scheduling to allow for additional time to be scheduled.
    7. FireMaster requires adequate access between deck and pool to install cover.
      1. If additional hardware is required to install cover, customer will be billed for products used.
    8. FireMaster will not be responsible for covers that come off of pool due to high wind or excessive water on the cover.
      1. If cover is removed from pool, FireMaster can reinstall cover at the current service call rate.
    9. FireMaster will not close the pool if the customer is not home unless payment information has been provided prior to service.
    10. If FireMaster is unable to close the pool because any of the above responsibilities are not met, closing will have to be rescheduled.
      1. Closing will be rescheduled on the next available date and will not take precedence over other scheduled services.
      2. Customer will be charged a cancellation fee equal to FireMasters current hourly service rate, plus any applicable mileage fees. This charge must be paid prior to rescheduling of service.
    11. Stated price does not include any applicable mileage charges, or additional charges for required equipment.
      1. Additional charge may be applied if the pool has fountains or other water features that require use of additional antifreeze or equipment.
