Purpose: The Seller desires to participate in the operations of Ammo Machinery Shop, and the Owner agrees to allow the Seller to join as a seller on the site, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
Terms and Conditions:
Seller Participation: The Owner grants the Seller the right to offer and sell their products/services on Ammunition Machinery Company as an independent seller, subject to the rules and guidelines set forth by the Owner. The Seller shall adhere to all applicable laws and regulations concerning the sale of their products/services. The Seller shall attest that they are the absolute and legal owner of any equipment listed on Ammo Machinery Shop.
Revenue Sharing: In consideration of the Seller's participation on Ammo Machinery Shop, the Seller agrees to share a portion of their sales revenue with the Owner. The agreed-upon revenue sharing percentage shall be 15% with a minimum seller fee of $300, unless otherwise negotiated, of the total sales generated by the Seller on the platform.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to treat any non-public information received from the other party as confidential and shall not disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be settled through negotiation between the parties. If no resolution can be reached, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, whether oral or written.
