For all cake, cookies and cupcake orders

Please note that an $80.00 Non refundable deposit is required upon approval of your custom sugar cookies. If I do not receive a deposit, your order will not be made.

You will have 72 hours to put down your deposit or your order will be canceled.

ALL COOKIE ORDERS REQUIRE A 3 week notice

*Paying a deposit means you have agreed to all of these terms and conditions.*

A deposit is non-refundable and non transferable and is required to book a date selected and no other date.
The remaining balance of your order is due 3 days prior to pick up or same day prior to pick up if not paid in full. Understand that you are responsible to paying your remaining balance on time and not a day later (if not previously discussed). A reminder will not be sent to remind you of your payment. It is within your knowledge and mine that if remaining balance is not paid, your order will not be fulfilled or given to you.
Giving Shay Butta’s Bakery LLC creative freedom and you’re not satisfied with the end result… No Refund will be given.
The person paying the deposit is the only person allowed to make changes to the order. Changes to order only includes any decorations and only if the time allows for changes.
Once your order is started, there will be no add-ons to your order. If any more is required you will be charged additional funds.

RUSH ORDERS REQUIRE A NON REFUNDABLE FEE OF an additional $40+.

Pick-up location in Bayonne, NJ will be given the week of pick up.
Be mindful of the time that you have selected for pick up and please come on time.
You will be given a 10 minute grace period. After that you will be charged $5 per minute (payment is due upon arrival or no product will be exchanged until payment has been made).

I understand things happen that we cannot control so please plan and choose your pick-up time accordingly and communicate.

Once your order leave my hands, I am not responsible for the mishandle.
