    TFH Level One has no prerequisite and is open to adult learners. At the end of the 16 hour workshop, students will be able to give a "fix as you go" balance using muscle feedback to detect imbalances in the body's energy and correct them by use of spinal reflexes, neurolymphatic and neurovascular reflexes and meridian flows. Complementary stand- alone techniques for improving posture and reducing physical and mental discomfort will also be included, and many Self Care techniques. In 2021-22, the workshop can be attended online for the Introductory part of the course (£30 - paid separately if not going on to the other sessions All sessions take as student- centred approach and use demonstration, lecture, practical sessions and text book referencing. There is also a homework component for those wishing to complete competency assessment, especially if you want to follow on with Levels 2, 3, and 4. This is in the Workbook, which is purchased separately and deducted from the cost of Level Two workshop. The Manual will be available at the class or from Helena Arguelles bookshop and all necessary practise equipment will be provided in the face to face sessions. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring any notebooks, pens, etc. you may require.

    Attendance Agreement - Touch for Health One

    I have read and understood the information for participants. I understand that an 80% minimum attendance is required to receive the IKC certificate at the end of the course. No screen shots nor recording of the sessions will be done except by the facilitator, and will not be shared with anyone except those attending the class.

    Iunderstand that payment in full is to be paid paid upon booking, and is non-refundable but it is transferable.
