Seabrook, WA Pickleball Court Use Policies & Procedures
- You must be a registered Seabrook Hospitality guest or Seabrook Homeowner to utilize the pickleball courts.
- One reservation per person/group may be made daily, each reservation is for 60 minute sessions. Reservations must be made by a legal adult; persons under 16 must be supervised on the courts.
- The courts are open daily from 8AM-8PM.
- You must play on the designated court on your reservation, each court is labeled accordingly. All players must wait for the current players to vacate the court before entering.
- Non-marking athletic shoes must be worn on the courts.
- No glass bottles or containers are permitted on the courts.
- Please remove all personal items and trash before exiting the courts.
- If you are unable to play at your reserved time, notify registration@seabrookwa.com as soon as possible so they may make the time slot available.
- Your reservation may be moved/rescheduled at the discretion of Seabrook Hospitality if extenuating circumstances arise. As much notice as possible will be provided in these cases.
- Complimentary pickleball paddles are available to check out at The Dugout, located in the lobby of the Sunrise Pool at 7 Trailside Ln.
- The Kucera Pickleball Courts are available on a first come, first serve basis and do not require reservations.
