The 2026 Pan African Film & Arts Festival ArtFEST is back—and we’re bringing the creativity home to Baldwin Hills Crenshaw! This vibrant, open-air celebration of artistic excellence features over 100 world-class artists showcasing work influenced by the beauty, struggle, and soul of Africa and its diaspora. From bold oils and delicate watercolors to glass, ceramics, textiles, metalwork, and mixed media, Artfest is where fine art meets cultural storytelling.

But it’s not just about what’s on the canvas. Discover handcrafted jewelry, wearable art, home décor, one-of-a-kind fashion, and more—curated to reflect our global Black aesthetic. With styles, prices, and pieces for every taste, it’s no surprise that PAFF Artfest draws over 100,000 visitors each year.

Before you begin, please be prepared to complete the application and submit the $45.00 application fee. The regular deadline to apply is January 10, 2026. Any applications submitted after this date will be accepted at the sole discretion of PAFF and subject to applicable late fees. All fees must be paid within 7 days of application acceptance or artist will have re-submit their application.

Displays:

Displays must look neat and professional. All items must be placed on a table, easel, grid or display stand. Designers should have professional display equipment such as racks, grids, and mannequins. Works cannot be propped up against railings, walls or planters. Tabletops and table legs must be covered with a black fire-retardant fabric. You must provide protection for the floor if you are demonstrating in your booth. Booth size will vary, based upon location and approved by the Venue Host and the Fire Marshal. All booths must be staffed at all times during business hours. Booths that are closed during business hours risk removal. There will be no refunds. You must provide your own assistants. PAFF and Venue take no responsibility for loss, damage or theft.

Please Note: PAFF will no longer provide tables, chairs, tablecloths, or grids. Artists/vendors must bring their own tables and chairs. Artists must provide their own display panels, grids, easels, etc. Grids and displays may not exceed 6 feet in height. There are no exceptions.

Set-Up:

Exhibitors may be given specific locations for parking, loading and unloading. There will be an exhibitor’s orientation meeting at the Venue on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, from 8:00pm – 9:00pm. Set-up will immediately follow the orientation meeting, beginning at 9:30pm and ending at 12:00am. Absolutely no set-ups will be allowed during business hours. Dollies will not be provided.

Space Assignments:

Exhibitors will receive exact space assignment before set-up. Location of space assignments will depend upon the ArtFEST design and layout, fire department regulations, ArtFEST and Venue Host requirements.

ArtFEST Hours:

Thursday – Saturday: 10am - 8pm
Sunday: 11am - 7pm

Exhibitors must be present or have a representative present during all business hours. Exhibitor removal or relocation may result if PAFF personnel determine that your closed booth diminishes the overall appearance of the show.
I UNDERSTAND a non-refundable application fee of $45.00 will be applied to all transactions must be paid at the time I submit my application. Artists will be notified of acceptance by email within 3 business days of submitting their application. All booth fees must be paid within 7 days of acceptance. If the entire booth fee is not paid within 7 days, I will have to re-apply and pay another application fee plus applicable booth fee. Therefore, I will make sure to apply at least 7-days before the Application Deadline.All fees must be paid online in U.S. dollars. Absolutely no cash or checks will be accepted. I will not receive credit for payments made in cash.*

I have read and agree to all the specified terms and conditions set forth in the Pan African Film Festival ArtFEST Application and Guidelines. I further release PAFF and the Venue Host and all of their boards of directors, employees, consultants and other duly appointed representatives of all liability and responsibility for any injury, damage or loss sustained by exhibitor, or exhibitor’s guests or employees before, during or after PAFF. This includes theft, damage to or breakage of artist’s merchandise or personal property. I represent that I have a right to display and sell all artwork, handcrafts, clothing, jewelry, home wares, and other objects of art displayed at my booth. I understand that PAFF reserves the right to remove anything for any reason. I understand that in the event I must cancel my reservation and cannot participate, refunds are at the sole discretion of PAFF. I have read and understand PAFF’s refund policy. In consideration of PAFF’s acceptance of my application, I agree to accept all decisions of the PAFF management regarding the PAFF ArtFEST. I agree to allow PAFF to use my submitted art photos and other promotional materials including photographs and videotapes taken at the ArtFEST for the purposes of promoting PAFF this year and in future years. The undersigned agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Pan African Film Festival and the Venue Host and affiliated organizations or entities, directors, officers, agents, investors or employees, from any and all liabilities, demands, or costs to property or persons as a result of my participating in the PAFF ArtFEST. I agree to pay within seven (7) days of the show’s end for any physical damage done to the Venue as a result of my activities.I understand that I am responsible for the payment of any and all sales tax due on any of the merchandise I sell during the PAFF ArtFEST. Additionally, I accept that I am responsible to acquire any sales licenses required by Los Angeles City/County for participation in the PAFF ArtFEST.
