  • ParCou LLC. believes that each individual employed by it has the right to work in a professional atmosphere, which promotes equal opportunities and prohibits discriminatory practices, including sexual harassment. ParCou LLC. will not tolerate any form of harassment with its employees or customers. Sexual harassment is defined as unwelcome or unwanted conduct of a sexual nature (verbal or physical) when: 1) submission to or rejection of this conduct by an individual is used as a factor in decisions affecting hiring, evaluations, promotion, or other aspects of employment; 2) this conduct substantially interferes with an individual’s employment or creates an intimidating, hostile or offensive work environment.

    Examples of sexual harassment include but are not limited to:

    1. requests or demands for sexual favors in exchange for favorable treatment or continued employment.
    2. unwelcome physical contact.
    3. sexually explicit language or gestures.
    4. uninvited or unwanted sexual advances, propositions, or flirtations.
    5. suggestive comments, sexual innuendoes or sexually oriented “kidding” or “teasing”; and
    6. an offensive overall environment, including the use of vulgar language, the presence of sexually explicit photographs or other materials, and the telling of sexual jokes or stories.

     

    ParCou LLC. does not condone sexual harassment by fellow employees, customers, or clients. ParCou LLC encourages reporting of all incidents of sexual harassment, regardless of who the offender is.

    ParCou LLC. will not tolerate harassing conduct that effects tangible job benefits, that interferes unreasonably with an individual’s work performance that creates an intimidating, hostile or offensive working environment, or otherwise is of a harassing nature. This behavior is unacceptable in the workplace itself and in other work-related settings such as business trips and business-related social events. ParCou LLC. cannot stress enough that it will not tolerate any form of sexual harassment.

    Also prohibited are statements or acts of an offensive nature regarding a person’s race, national origin, age, disability, or religion.
