  • This form requires individuals to disclose details of any and all interests that may be in conflict or percieved to be in conflict with their duties and responsibilities in their role at DPD Ireland.

    A Conflict of Interest is a situation in where an employee has a personal interest that is likely to or that can affect or appear to affect the independent, impartial and objective exercise of the employee's professional activities. The personal interest (economic, emotional, political, financial, etc.) may be direct or indirect and may concern the employee themselves or their close relations.

    If these grounds involve relationships with relatives, third parties or businesses, please ensure that you include all relevant information, including:
    • names of relatives, third parties or companies concerned;
    • relationships with them and the nature of their involvement;
    • details of relevant financial benefits (property rights, shares, fees, financial
    compensation, etc.) or other personal, family, or professional benefits;
    • nature of your activities and associated remuneration (this includes, in particular,
    any participation in a board of directors or management board).
