1. All services provided by Stealth Tuning are subject to these Terms and Conditions. By booking or authorising work, the customer agrees to be bound by them.

2. All vehicles must be in full working mechanical condition prior to any work being carried out. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the vehicle has been appropriately checked before booking a remap or any other service.

3. Stealth Tuning reserves the right to refuse to carry out a remap or any other service if faults, defects, or issues are identified with the vehicle.

4. Stealth Tuning reserves the right to charge a call-out fee or associated costs if attendance has taken place, regardless of whether work is completed. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where vehicle faults prevent work from being carried out.

5. Stealth Tuning accepts no responsibility for the loss of radio codes, software, data, or any other vehicle information during or after any work carried out.

6. Stealth Tuning reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or vehicle at its sole discretion, with or without providing a reason.

7. All quoted performance gains and remap figures are estimates only. Actual results may vary depending on the vehicle’s condition, specification, and other factors.

8. All work is carried out strictly in accordance with the customer’s instructions and at the customer’s request.

9. Stealth Tuning accepts no liability for personal injury, loss of earnings, accidents, damages, mechanical or electrical faults, legal claims, or any other loss arising during or after work is carried out, under any circumstances.

10. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to notify their insurance provider of any modifications carried out to the vehicle.

11. Stealth Tuning does not provide or imply any warranty, guarantee, or insurance cover for the vehicle or any of its components.

12. Stealth Tuning accepts no responsibility for the failure of any serviceable or mechanical components, including but not limited to turbochargers, clutches, flywheels, engine internals, or electrical parts. No claims will be accepted for labour, parts, or consequential losses.

13. All refunds are issued solely at the discretion of Stealth Tuning.

14. Payment in full is due immediately upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

15. Stealth Tuning reserves the right to amend, update, or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

16. All emissions-related solutions are supplied on the clear understanding that the vehicle will not be used on public roads. Stealth Tuning accepts no liability for any vehicle used on public roads following the completion of such work.

17. Some vehicles operate using virtual or read-only ECU systems. In such cases, it may not be possible to determine whether the vehicle has been previously modified or tuned. This limitation does not invalidate the service provided and does not remove or reduce the customer’s obligation to pay for work carried out, time spent, or attendance.
