Mail Order Plan Review allows you to access our industry-leading Plan Reviews from anywhere in Pennsylvania. Submitting this form indicates that you are requesting Approved Code Services to provide a PA-UCC Plan Review. Before submitting, please check with the municipality for your project to ensure they accept third-party plan review and to confirm any additional requirements (e.g., applicable code year, number of plan sets, acceptance of digital submissions, etc.).

After receiving a Statewide Plan Review Transmittal Form, our Certified Code Professionals will review your drawings/plans to ensure compliance with the PA-UCC Building Code. We will either provide our stamp of approval or identify any compliance issues and help you resolve them so that your plans can ultimately be approved. Once this process is complete, we will mail or deliver your approved plans to the recipient indicated below.

If you require inspection services with your submission, please reach out to us at planreview@approvedcode.com to confirm that you are in our inspection radius, prior to submittal.

Two stamped copies of prints are included with every Plan Review. If you need additional copies you can email us at planreview@approvedcode.com

Please include any supporting documentation such as COMchecks, manufacturer specifications, etc.  

All communication regarding this plan review will be with and through the contact listed on this form. 

Upon completion of Plan Review an invoice will be emailed to the contact above. 

By sending your documentation, you are authorizing Approved Code Services to complete a PA-UCC Plan Review of the designated project. Please note that the local AHJ has the final authority over the approval of your permit application, required inspections and any decisions of interpretation.
