    Dress rehearsal: April 10

  • Annual Membership

    The annual membership fee contributes to the costs of a professional conductor, music, rehearsal and concert venues, insurance, fundraising support, registration services, and more. Membership includes rehearsals and concerts in the Fall, Winter/Spring, and Summer - usually around 30 rehearsals and three concerts. Members may elect to participate in as much of the schedule as they are able in consultation with the Artistic Director. Because membership fees do not cover UVSO's costs completely, we rely on the generosity of individuals, foundations, and businesses to fund the remaining costs.

    The 2024-25 annual membership fee is $100.

    It is a core value of UVSO that membership fees not be a barrier to participation. UVSO has a no-questions-asked Tuition Assistance policy, meaning the membership fee may be reduced or waived with a simple request. Grade school and college students can waive tuition if needed. 

    If you are able, please consider making a tax-deductible gift in addition to your membership fee. Upper Valley Symphony Orchestra is a program of the Upper Valley Music Center, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization with the mission to provide and promote the best in music education in the Upper Valley region of Vermont and New Hampshire. We rely on your generosity to be able to run this welcoming community orchestra.
