While Texas Rustlers pledges to provide appropriate care to all the animals that board at our facility, Texas Rustlers cannot guarantee the health of any animal. If your animal should become ill during its stay with us, we will attempt to contact you immediately. You agree that should your pet(s) become ill during their stay, Texas Rustlers is authorized to seek appropriate veterinary treatment until you, or your authorized agent, can be reached. You also acknowledge that you are fully responsible for all related expenses associated with such treatment and will make full payment of all charges incurred at the time of discharge.
