  • I am so excited to have your join me this year for my first ever Santa mini sessions! You will have 15 minutes to chat with santa and take some candide and posed photos. Your child will be able to tell him what they would like for Christmas and ask any questions they may have. Santa is so good with the kids and usually has some kind of tricks up his sleeve to get those adorable images.

    If your child is not into Santa this year no worries we can have Santa step aside and we can get a portrait of just your child or some with the family.

    These are for just your family and children. You can not combine cousins and friend into one session at this time. 

    Please make sure to arrive at least 3-5 minutes prior to your time so we are ready to go when your time comes.

  • Reatiner/Payment: $125 + tax due at the time of booking and the remaining balance of $125 is due one week prior to the session date. Total price for Santa mini session is $250.00*
  • This covers the photographer's time and talent, hand editing images, 15 minute session, online proofing gallery, 10 digital files via download of your choice with Print Release and one 5x7 print of your choice. Additional products and full gallery add-on will be available at check out if interested.*
  • Client Proofing. Approximately 10 days after your session you will receive an email with your gallery password and proofing gallery. The gallery will be live for 7 days. Your gallery selection must be placed within the ordering time frame. A $30 reactivation fee will be charged for gallery extensions..*
  • Delivery. Delivery of your digitals will be sent via email.*
  • Cancellation: There will be NO refunds available. If you are unable to make your time selected. The retainer/balance will be put towards another session in the future.*
  • The client agrees to positive cooperation and communication for the best possible result within the definition of this agreement. Celesa Felix Photography is not responsible for key individuals’ failure to be present or to cooperate during photography sessions, or for missed images due to details not revealed to Celesa Felix Photography. No Guaranteed Results-­ Photographer will make a good faith effort to achieve Client’s desired results. However, young children are inherently more challenging to photograph and may experience behavioral or attention-­related problems during the session. Client acknowledges that Photographer cannot and will not guarantee any particular results. If Client’s child does not or cannot cooperate during the session, Client is still responsible for full payment under this Agreement due to time allotted for the session. Please note Celesa Felix has vast experience photographing children and will make all efforts to create cooperative experience with the young clients. Due to the nature of the session type you must be on time or the minutes late will be taken off of your scheduled time.*
  • Reproduction of images without express consent from the photographer is unlawful and strictly prohibited. Scanning, screen capturing, and printing of said images are all considered copyright infringement.*
  • Celesa Felix Photography retains the copyright and ownership of all images created during the portrait session. I give my consent to allow images of myself/my minor child to be used for promotional purposes for Celesa Felix Photography. Such uses include but are not limited to display on website, blog printed materials, portfolio samples, wall displays, marketing and print competitions and vendors use photos.I hereby release Photographer from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.*
