Friends of Herriman
Welcome to the Herriman Harmonyx Audition Form.

You will need to finish filling out this form and submit it before you can schedule a time for your audition. You can save your answers and come back to them if you can't finish it all at once.

Rehearsals are held weekly on Tuesdays from 7:00pm - 9:00 pm, with additional Saturday rehearsals in January and February.

There are 3 performance seasons:
-Musical Comedy: Jan-March
-Summer: March-June
-Christmas: August-December

Conflict List
We treat rehearsals like a professional group. Please review the following dates so you can identiy any conflicts you have. We are trying to be as open and comprehensive as we can to help you identify conflicts. This schedule is obviously subject to change, but this is a good guide for what to expect.

The short version:
- Musical Comedy: Tuesdays 7-9 pm and Saturdays 8 am-1 pm
- Summer: Tuesdays 7-9 pm
- Christmas: Tuesdays 7-9 pm
- Performances are March, June, December
- You have to commit to every performance once dates are set.

It is really important that you list your conflicts here.

Make sure you've thought of potential work conflicts and a variety of family events (birthdays, weddings, religious events, school performances, graduations, etc.).

If you don't list a conflict here, we expect you to give rehearsal a priority over other events, even family ones.

Vocal Range

Use the following chart to help you identify the range that you can COMFORTABLY sing. Notes are identified by their note name (a letter) and their octave (a number). C4 is middle C. (Octave numbering changes between the notes B and C.)
Auditions are held at Herriman City Hall in the community room (east end of the main floor). Herriman City Hall is located at 5355 W Main St (approx 13000 South). (See on Google Maps.)

Here is what happens when you click Submit:
- We will send an email to the address you provided us ({contactEmail}). Please check your spam box if you don't see your message right away. We've had some reports that messages can get classified as spam.
- The email will have a copy of your answers and your appointment time along with a confirmation number.
- There will be links to modify your application and/or appointment time, if needed.
- That email will have a confirmation number. It would help us if you used your confirmation number if you need to reach out to us.
