    PRICE FOR SWIMMING WITH DOLPHINS - MARSA ALAM EXTENSION: 950 EUR (for double room occupancy)

    Price includes:

    • Return domestic flight Cairo-Marsa Alam and Marsa Alam-Cairo.
    • On ground transport.
    • Accommodation in a 5-star hotel for 3 nights.
    • 1 day swimming with dolphins.
    • Snorkeling gear rental.

    * Cancelation policies:


    - until November 10th, 2023: 60% of deposits can be returned
    - until December 10th, 2023: 30% of deposits can be returned
    - until January 10th, 2024: 15% of all deposits can be returned
    - after January 10th, 2024: no deposits can be returned

    Deposit for the journey consists of 1500 EUR. The rest must be paid until February 1st, 2024.


    Your deposit is safe and will be returned to you, if we cancel the journey.

    In case of cancellation due to flight or country restrictious due to higher causes (flight lockdowns or border closure) FULL REFUND of any deposits will be made at any time. No refunds on your international tickets or other transportation costs, insurance etc. is being refunded in at any time.

    International flight: from your location to Cairo and back IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

    The airport in Egypt is CAIRO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.

    Arrival date: MARCH 8th, 2024

    Please book your flight ticket so you arrive to Cairo international Airport on this day. If you plan to arrive on any day earlier, let us know, and we will book the extra nights in the hotel for you.
    Please note that check in time is at 2PM.

    Departure date: MARCH 21st, 2024 (unless you join the extension to Marsa Alam - swimming with dolphins; in this case departure date is March 24th after 7 PM, or March 25th, 2024)

    Please book your flight ticket so you depart from Cairo international Airport. Note that check out time is at 12PM.

    If you want to stay in Egypt longer, or if you want to arrive early, let us know.

    We will pick you up and drop you off at the airport in either way for free.

     

    There is a surcharge for extra days:

    Extra days before the journey (Le Passage Cairo Hotel):

    Twin/Double room: 105 € / person (with breakfast)
    Single room: 210 € / person (with breakfast)

     

    Extra days after the journey (Hyatt Regency West):

    Twin/Double room: 185 € / person (with breakfast)
    Single room: 370 € / person (with breakfast)


    Surcharge for SINGLE room throughout the journey: 990 €


    * WHEN YOU ARRIVE TO CAIRO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

    You will have a transfer organised by our side from Cairo International Airport to LE PASSAGE CAIRO HOTEL on your arrival date.

    (On your departure date we will organise a transfer for you from the HYATT REGENCY CAIRO WEST HOTEL to your airport terminal.)
     

    In case that the international currency rate between EUR and USD change in favour of USD (the EUR drops the value) significantly, the prices might change. We will inform you of that.
