  • Order and Commission Steps

     

    1. Contact us!

    Go to Order Form link, Type in your Details

     

    2. Pick your order

    We'll check if the item you want is on-hand or in stock, if not it will take at least 7-10 working days for the item to be shipped

     

    a. For custom orders: Agreement on design

    Upload Design Reference pictures in the Order Form, Type in instructions and other notes for the design. Production time may vary depending on the complexity of the design and the clarity of communication. 

     

    3. Complete the rest of the order form then click "Submit"

     

    4. Wait for our message via IG or DM for confirmation and payment process.

     

    5. Downpayment

    Down payment is required, half or 25% of the total amount as a guarantee before I can start working on your item.

     

    6. Production: We'll be working on your order!

     

    7. Delivery: The item will be sent home to you!!

  • Additional Notes for Commission

     

    Commissions are accepted on a first come first served basis; though of course the ones we currently have onhand might be worked on in between while items are being shipped.
     

    We have the right to decline any commission requests for any reasons
     

    Sending a request does not guarantee you a slot for the commission since we have to check if the design is within our expertise. Just to avoid disappointments. 

  • Price & Shipping Changes 

     

    Price is always changing, as demand goes up, so does cost. Please keep that in mind, incase of price changes.
     

    Shipping time of the items is also changing so I cannot always guarantee the time we can start the production. Though we promise to try to get your request out to you as quickly as possible.

  • Where are you located?

    • We currently don't have a physical store but if you want to pickup your order, we are located at 810 M.L Quezon St. Rusco Motors.

    What are your shop hours? 

    • We are operating on Mondays to Fridays 9 AM to 3 PM. On Saturdays, we are open on 8 AM to 12 NN. 

    How to care for embroidered items?

    • it should be washed in cold water and on a gentle cycle; if you are worried about washing it on the washing machine, then hand washing it is an alternative
    • If bleach is required for washing, a small amount of chlorine bleach can be used.Non-chlorine bleach is preferable
    • Avoid tugging and always airdry
    • Iron with the front facing down on a towel so the stitches don't get crushed.
    • Press lightly

    How to care for handpainted items?

    • It must be handwashed or if washed in a washing machine, make sure to have it on the gentlest cycle. Use cold water. 
    • Do not bleach
    • Do not iron directly, use the reversed side.
    • Never use dryer, air dry the clothes.


    How long does it usually take for the order to be finished?

    • All orders will be processed within 3-5 days if onhand but for items that are to be pre-ordered, it will take at least 7-10 business days. 
    • Please order early if you need an order by a certain date. If your order is finished, we do same-day delivery.


    How much is my shipping for my order?

    • Shipping is calculated based on weight, including packaging materials that are up to J&T shipping standards. We promise we do not make a profit off of shipping fees.

    What is your store's exchange, refund, or return policy for online orders?

    • Due to the small scale of our business and limited stock, all sales are final. We can not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. 
    • If your order is damaged, contact us within 7 business days of receiving it + provide a photo of the damaged item(s).
    • We are not responsible for loss due to the postal service. Please reach out and we can guide you through the process for filing a claim.


    What if my order was lost/never delivered/etc?

    • Unfortunately, we do not have any control over packages once we drop them off at the courier. 
    • We highly suggest waiting a few business days after a delivery notification is received to see if the package turns up.
