Detailed Description

• Rounds - anything that happens on rounds that needs to be reported
• Check-in / Check Out - upload pic of photo ID
• Cleaning Issues - dirty areas due to mess created by resident or insufficient cleaning
• Keycard Issue - keycard not working or expired, list room number, upload pic of photo ID
• Lockout - list room number, upload pic of photo ID
• Lost keycard - list room number, upload pic of photo ID
• Maintenance - log as necessary
• Reception (PICK UP) - time keys and duty backpack were picked up from reception (4:50pm)
• Reception (RETURN) - time keys and duty backpack were returned to reception (9am)
• RA Backpack Contents Used - log items used so that it will be replaced
• Other - everything else
