    RESEARCH FEE

    A non-refundable research fee is required in order for me to proceed with planning and booking your travel. Because of the small window to lock in rates, you must be ready to complete your booking within 48hrs from the time you receive your proposal. If you do not complete your booking before time expires, you must complete another inquiry form and submit another research fee, NO EXCEPTIONS! 


    REQUIRED RESEARCH FEES

    Single/Couple/Family up to 4 - $10

    Group Cruises 5 cabins or more - $25

    SAME DEPARTURE CITY GROUPS 

    Groups 5 or more (2 Room Max) - $20 

    Groups 5 or more (4 Rooms Max) - $40

    Groups 5 or more (6 Rooms Max) - $60

    MULTIPLE DEPARTURE CITY GROUPS

    2 Departure cities (3 Room Max) - $40

    3 Departure cities (3 Room Max) - $75

    4 Departure cities (4 Room Max) - $100


    Once the research fee is received & approved, you will receive confirmation and quotes within 2 - 3 business days.

    Thank you for trusting AAFTGLLC to make your travel arrangements and offer you the most cost-effective luxurious exemplified experience. To make this process seamless, please follow these 4 easy steps:


    STEP 1

    Complete and submit your inquiry form along with required Research Fee payment via Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp or PayPal. Please contact me for other payment methods. 

     

    STEP 2

    Receive confirmation of Research Fee, approval of inquiry request & 2 follow-up attempts with any questions on your inquiry request.

     

    STEP 3

    Receive proposal with price quote for your inquiry within 2 - 3 days after approval of your travel inquiry.

     

    Step 4

    Secure your booking! Review proposal, complete credit card authorization form (or payment link when available) for payment & submit within 48hrs after receipt of proposal.

    Please allow 2 - 3 business days for me to complete proper research based on your customization to offer you the best deal for your budget. 

    Remember, quotes are only good for 48 hours after you have received the proposal, and not guaranteed until booking is finalized.

    FINALIZE BOOKING 

    To secure the quoted rate, most vendors require a deposit or full payment at the time of booking, so it's important to be DEPOSIT READY at the time you submit your inquiry.  

    If this is a last minute getaway or travel within 60 days, be ready to submit payment in FULL at the time you finalize your booking. 


    Once you receive the proposal and ready to proceed, make sure to follow payment instructions in the proposal and complete immediately or within 48hrs of receipt of proposal to avoid an additional research fee.
