CONDITIONS
- Full payment (including any additional fees) must be received by the Secretary 3 weeks prior to commencement of the Show, or site space will be allocated to others on the wait list.
  Please make cheques payable to ‘Leeton Show Society Inc’.
  Trade stand availability is not confirmed until cheque is cleared. Direct Deposit facilities are available, see below.
  Site fee entitles you to two entry wristbands, any further wristbands can be purchased on the day.
- A camping fee of $20.00 per day applies for all show vans camping on site before and after the Show. Camping fees will be added to cost of Show site. No camping fees apply during the days of the Show.
INSURANCE DECLARATION

All trade business/commercial exhibitors must hold Public Liability Insurance of minimum $20,000,000 (copy to be uploaded with this application).
