a private members’ club for those of mankind looking to improve their lives and discover this world further; the spiritual helpdesk is the club of i, stephen and i wish you a fun time exploring the club and the information and tools shared; 

entry to the club is free for your lifetime or until you withdraw your membership; all knowledge is shared through love, gratitude and reciprocal flow; 

the intent of the club is to facilitate you to reach your fullest life and live in harmony, peace and joy;

the rules of the club become law once you accept the agreement;

i: a man; stephen provide the club to you on a reciprocal flow basis and the website, the club and all information, knowledge and content shared is the property of i, and or of the man or woman who did create it;

the spiritual help desk private members’ club is for man and woman only and i will treat you as such;

i can only communicate with you as a man or woman;

all information that you provide within the club is in the private and i consider any information you provide to be your property; i will respect your property and keep it private as i expect you to do for the property of i; 

all activities that take place through the club are in the private domain;

the application and use of all knowledge shared within the club is the full responsibility of the man and woman and you do so only as a man or woman;

all of mankind takes full responsibility for any content that they share within the club including group chats and agree to interact with others of mankind with love and respect; you take full responsibility for any feelings that arise whilst interacting with others;

all who attend events through the club are responsible for their own well-being, circumstances and feelings, they are also responsible for their application of any information they receive; those who attend agree not to attempt to make those who shared the knowledge responsible for any circumstances, consequences or feelings that arise from the application of the knowledge shared;

any topic is open for discussion in the shared groups and i will not stop any man or woman discussing what they want to discuss unless it is deemed to be spam, advertising or out of alignment with the intent of the group;

you agree to respect any warnings given by i, and i reserve the right to terminate your membership to the club or remove your access to a specific group or forum if you do not adhere to these rules; donations will not be returned;

donations for knowledge, time or property through the club are done so by each man or woman in the private domain; all donations are given before time, knowledge or property is shared; all donations are made via bank transfer directly to the bank account provided and are gratefully received;

any booking that is cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be deemed as fulfilled and the donation will not be returned; 

i have the right to change these laws from time to time and will write to you when i change them so that if you do not agree you can cancel your membership; your continued use of the site and club signifies your acceptance of any changes to these laws;
