  • Vendor Application Form

    Complete this form to apply as a Vendor. Selected vendors will be advised by email, which will include a link to pay the registration fee. Please finalize your registration by submitting payment no later than the due date shown on your invoice as spaces are very limited. If an invoice remains outstanding past the due date, your reservation may be automatically cancelled to free up the spot for another vendor.
  • *Note: MLMs are not accepted at the moment. 
    Vendor registration fees are non-refundable, see refund policy on our website.

    • Vendors offering food must obtain the required Special Events permit from the MAPAQ for the Quebec event, and send us a completed Temporary Food Establishment Application (form provided by Toronto Public Health) before October 15, 2023 for the Toronto event.
    • The venues require that each vendor obtains liability insurance coverage of at least $2M for the event.
    • Booth payments are final sales. No refunds or credits will be issued if a vendor cancels after Aug 30, 2023. Cancellation and refund requests received on or before Aug. 30th may be granted at our sole discretion. If we cancel the event, a full refund of the registration fee paid will be issued.
  • - Wi-Fi access is available FREE of charge, though we recommend you also have your own data plan as a backup in case of any technical issues with the venue's Wi-Fi.

     

    - Access to electrical outlet(s) is available FREE of charge but must be requested ahead of time, in the form below.

     

    - With the exception of the Essential and Ultimate booth options which cannot be shared, you may choose to share your booth with another vendor. If you wish to share your stand, you will be responsible for searching a suitable vendor to share your space and we do not take part in sending out queries on your behalf. The other proposed vendor must complete and submit this registration form separately and also be accepted in order to share your space. A $10 administrative fee will be charged to each vendor sharing a booth.
