APPROVED WORKING DOG TITLE APPLICATION
INSTRUCTIONS: This form is used for anyone applying for a AKC Working Dog title as listed in the approved Working Dog title list. Upon earning a recognized parent club title, complete this application, include the appropriate fee and provide the necessary documentation of having earned the title i.e. – Parent Club certificate, signed off passing grade, etc. One title will be recorded per application and the certificate will be sent to the recorded owner. If titles build on each other, only the highest level achieved will appear on the dog’s pedigree. Please be aware that event superintendants or event secretaries may, but are not required to, print AKC recognized Working Dog titles in event catalogs. Applications can be mailed, emailed or faxed to the contact listed above.
