      This session is all about creating a safe environment where you can chat openly, share experiences if you’d like to, and feel supported by others who understand your journey.

      There’s no pressure to speak — you’re welcome to join in whatever way feels comfortable for you.

      Group for care experienced people of all ages to discuss a range of topics. Each online session focusses on something different.​

      Access to Records Support Group

      This support group is for care experienced people who have either already accessed their records or are in the process of accessing them and need support.

      This session is being hosted by Rees Ambassador Jackie McCartney.

    • Cultural Connections

      Are you a care leaver who sometimes feels out of place because of your family’s background or traditions?

      Or did you grow up in a residential setting or a foster family who didn’t understand your culture needs?

      Cultural Connections is a friendly online drop-in group where you can share your story, hear from others with similar experiences, and feel part of a supportive community. Whether you want to talk or just listen, you’ll be welcome.

      We'll be chatting about;

      • Time in care (talk about your experience)
      • Relationships
      • Identity, culture and race
      • Language barriers
      • Faith, religion and festive dates
      • Local authority involvement
      • Future plans

      Everyone is invited - your voice matters here.

    • Money Moves by Money Ready

      This workshop is designed to help you build confidence in managing your money, focusing on practical skills you can use in everyday life.

      You’ll explore ways to budget, manage spending, and make informed financial decisions, helping you feel more in control of your finances.

      Independent Living Toolkit

      This workshop is designed to help you build confidence and develop practical independent living skills.

      You'll have the opportunity to explore practical topics, learn new strategies, and develop skills that can help you manage everyday responsibilities and feel more prepared for independent living.

      Hosted by care experienced facilitator Chloe Smith, this workshop provides a supportive space to learn, ask questions, and build confidence for independent living.

    This session offers insight into breaking harmful cycles, understanding past experiences, and moving towards recovery.

    Whether you're on a personal healing journey or supporting others, this session equips you with valuable tools for recovery.

    Book a 15 minute slot with Lucy, our Careers Mentor, who will be on hand to offer help and advice to care experienced people looking for a new job, training or to get into higher education!

      This session brings together self-employed individuals to connect, share experiences, and support one another.

      Whether you're just starting out in self-employment or have been navigating it for a while, this space is designed to provide practical support and inspire confidence.
