      This support group is for care experienced people who have either already accessed their records or are in the process of accessing them and need support.

      This session is being hosted by Rees Ambassador Jackie McCartney.

    • Cultural Connections

      Are you a care leaver who sometimes feels out of place because of your family’s background or traditions?

      Or did you grow up in a residential setting or a foster family who didn’t understand your culture needs?

      Cultural Connections is a friendly online drop-in group where you can share your story, hear from others with similar experiences, and feel part of a supportive community. Whether you want to talk or just listen, you’ll be welcome.

    • Independent Living Toolkit

      This workshop is designed to help you build confidence and develop practical independent living skills.

      You'll have the opportunity to explore practical topics, learn new strategies, and develop skills that can help you manage everyday responsibilities and feel more prepared for independent living.

      Hosted by care experienced facilitator Chloe Smith, this workshop provides a supportive space to learn, ask questions, and build confidence for independent living.

    • Harvest Your Harmony: Resilient Routines 

      This workshop is designed to provide a safe and supportive space where you can nurture your mental and emotional wellbeing, explore healthy coping strategies, and develop positive routines to support your everyday life.

    • Art Attack: Express Yourself

      Join us for this relaxed and welcoming workshop where you can get creative, try something new and express yourself through art.

      Whether you love getting creative or haven't picked up a paintbrush in years, there's no pressure and no experience needed. It's all about having a go, exploring your creativity and enjoying some time to switch off and create.

      This session brings together self-employed individuals to connect, share experiences, and support one another.

      Whether you're just starting out in self-employment or have been navigating it for a while, this space is designed to provide practical support and inspire confidence.
