ADOPTION/FOSTER APPLICATION
This application is for both adopting and fostering. If you are only interested in one of these options please consider completing the full application for both. Often times many of our fosters become "foster failures" and the foster parents end up adopting. In this same vain, many times when looking for the best dog to adopt fostering first can lead to a perfect match. **You are not bound to both options if you complete both portions. (Out of state adopters must be willing to travel to NC for pick up) (To Foster, you must reside in NC or contiguous state to be considered)
Interested in fostering or adoption. (You can complete questions for both regardless of which option you choose).
