After filling out the form, I will let you know what the vacation design fee will be based on your wants and needs. A credit card for the good faith deposit vacation or design fee is required before providing quotes for hotels, tickets, and advising.
1 | Hotel, Resort & Cruise Bookings with Perks
This option is perfect for the client who already has their hotel, resort, or cruise in mind and is
only looking for an elevated experience upon arrival by booking through me.
Pay the same as booking direct, but get VIP treatment through all of our partnerships:
● Upgrade on arrival & extended check-in/out, subject to availability
● Daily breakfast credit for up to two guests per bedroom
● $100 USD hotel or resort credit
● Welcome amenity
Pricing:
Bookings are complimentary, as long as it’s a commissionable property (most are!).
A $100 good-faith credit card guarantee is taken to find you the perfect match. It will only be
charged if you decide not to book through me within 2 days of providing quote/proposal, and in the event that that reservation is canceled, even if it was booked within 2 weeks of quote/proposal being provided.
In the rare event that we book a non-commissionable hotel, I will let you know before booking.
If we proceed with that hotel, 10% of the stay will be charged.
2 | Destination Research & Hotel/Resort Bookings
We'll have an in-depth conversation where I'll learn more about your travel goals, style, and
specific needs. Following our discussion, I'll recommend three separate destinations with resort
recommendations for each destination.
Pricing: $200 if one location + $100 per extra locations
(Example: Client wishes to look at hotel options in Prague, Vienna, and Budapest and needs
hotel recommendations for each city. This would be $200 + $100 + 100).
Rush charge: I want to make sure you have a quality reservation. Due to hotel rooms, activities, and reservations
having less availability as we get closer to the date, there’s a 25% increase in fees when planning is done within 30
days of travel.
If we book a non-commissionable hotel, 10% of the stay will be charged.
3 | Custom Itineraries & Honeymoons
Travel planning takes hours, and with this option, I take care of all the details, so you don’t have
to!
Process
During your consultation, we'll have an in-depth conversation about your desired location, travel
style, interests, dining preferences/restrictions, and budget. Once we align to work together, I
will put together a proposed itinerary, which we will review together in detail before anything is
finalized.
I offer two different packages to choose from:
1. Essentials Planning
● Planning, booking, and management of all accommodations, tours & activities, and any
transportation (transfers, rental cars, trains, ferries, and/or rental cars).
● The final itinerary will be delivered via app with all supporting documents for easy
access on the go.
Pricing: Starts at $400 for up to one week of travel (20% discount for 2+ weeks).
Rates vary for multi-city or complexity.
2. Full-Service Planning
Once the proposal is approved, a full detailed itinerary will be delivered via app with all of the
following:
● Planning, booking, and management of all accommodations, tours & activities, and any
transportation (transfers, rental cars, trains, ferries, and/or rental cars).
● Concierge-level support with securing reservations with restaurants & cocktail bars, spa
services, tee-times, and more.
● The final itinerary will be delivered via app with all supporting documents for easy
access on the go.
Pricing: Starts at $575 for up to one week of travel (20% discount for 2+ weeks).
Rates vary for multi-city or complexity.

4 | Other: Flights, Group Rates, Packages
Flights:
Travel advisors typically don’t do flights these days, as they are non-commissionable and there’s little we
can do to help if there’s a change in flight schedule, etc. However, I am able to research, but not book,
flights that work for you.
Pricing: $100 per roundtrip tickets. Side flights within a trip are an extra $75 per flight.
Example:
For a couple who travels from New York to Barcelona (layover or nonstop) and Barcelona back to New
York is $100.
If the couple travels from New York to Barcelona, then flies Barcelona to Paris and Paris to Munich,
Munich to NYC, the Barcelona to Paris/Paris to Munich would be $75/each, resulting in $250
