If entering via a regular computer browser, we only support having 1 photo per directory entry that is 10 MB or less. Supported file formats are .mpg, .jpg, jpeg and .png. This form does not allow .heic format pictures that come from an iPhone (but you can take a picture via your phone and that works). If you are having trouble with submitting your photo, just send your picture separately to marcom@sminster.com and provide some information in the email so we know how to handle it. If you have trouble or difficulty with this or simply have questions, let us know in the additional notes below.
