Division Offerings
Men’s Physique
Board shorts, beach-ready look with wide shoulders, tight waists, and clean lines. Judges want shape, symmetry, and stage presence that looks athletic without the mass of bodybuilding.
Classic Physique
Balanced, aesthetic, and structured with that old-school golden-era vibe. Competitors show muscularity and flow without pushing into the extreme size of open bodybuilding.
Bodybuilding
Maximum muscle, maximum conditioning, and the most complete physique onstage. Size, symmetry, shape, and crisp detail are all judged at the highest level.
Wellness
Lower-body dominant with fuller hips, glutes, and quads while maintaining a tight waist and athletic upper body. It rewards symmetry within that specific silhouette, not bodyfat.
Bikini
A softer, more glamorous athletic look with emphasis on shape, balance, and overall presentation. Judges look for tight glutes, clean lines, and confident stage flow without extreme conditioning.
Women’s Physique
Muscular, detailed, and powerful with clear separation but still feminine shape and flow. Competitors are judged on symmetry, conditioning, and ability to display muscle through full poses.
