1 0N 1 FormatThe 1-on-1 format is the ultimate showcase of tumbling where individual athletes go head-to-head in a best-of-five rounds format! In each round, competitors execute their most impressive tumbling pass, with the goal of outperforming their opponent in terms of difficulty, creativity, and execution. Judges evaluate each pass and determine the winner of each round. The first athlete to secure three wins emerges victorious!

Elite Battles DivisionThe Elite Division is where the best tumblers in the world go head-to-head in the most intense, high-stakes battles T3 has to offer. There’s no cap on difficulty—athletes have full freedom to unleash their most explosive combinations and creative passes. This is where limits are pushed, reputations are made, and the most insane matchups take place. Every battle follows the best 3-out-of-5 format, judged on creativity, difficulty, and execution. This year, T3 is opening submissions for elite athletes ready to step up—while still curating invite-only matchups the culture has been waiting for. If you’re entering the Elite Division, be ready to leave it all on the floor!

Project AscentWe’re trying something new this year and providing an opportunity for the next generation of athletes. T3 ASCENT is the official proving ground for developing and rising tumblers who aren’t at the Elite level yet but are ready to step into the spotlight. In this division, athletes go head-to-head in best 3-out-of-5 matches—just like the Elites! Common skills in this division include straight doubles, fulls, layouts, tucks, and more. It’s built for athletes who are still climbing but eager to compete, gain experience, and prove themselves!

Single Pass Tumbling CompetitionThe Single Pass Tumbling Competition is an open sign-up format where athletes throw down their best tumbling pass to beat the others in their group. Divisions are separated by age: 12 & under, 13–17, 18 & Up Each athlete is judged on difficulty, creativity, and execution. This division is open to all skill levels and is the perfect opportunity to showcase what you’ve got in front of the T3 community!
