PLEASE READ: By signing this contract, I, as Adopter, agree to spay/neuter my adopted dog by six months of age. Within that time, I will show proof of spay or neuter to JustCare Animal Rescue & Sanctuary. If I'm unable to get the spay or neuter by the date specified above, I'll reach out to a representative from JustCare Animal Rescue & Sanctuary before that date.

If I don't provide proof of spay/neuter or communicate with the Rescue Representative, JustCare Animal Rescue & Sanctuary may take back the companion I adopted and I will lose the adoption fee and spay/neuter deposit. If I sign this agreement, I acknowledge that I paid a $100 deposit, which can only be refunded if I provide a veterinary spay/neuter certificate and a detailed receipt on veterinary letterhead with surgery details.
