IMPORTANT:
**Please place orders at least four days in advance. For orders requiring custom images please place order at least one week in advance. There will be a $25 charge for rush or last minute orders. When placing an order, there will be a non-refundable deposit required (50% of your order or 75% of your order during promotional periods) or payment in full to secure your order and date requested. If payment is not made within the same day it will go into "overdue status" and you will automatically be charged a 10% late fee to your order. Your order is not secured until payment has been made and cleared. Once your order has been confirmed, there will be no changes. Be sure to include as much detail as possible. Filling out this form does not mean your order is confirmed.

**Delivery: If Twin Creations is available for delivery there will be a minimum $25 delivery fee. Delivery includes delivery to your home, job or meet-up location. Delivery is classfied by anything other than you picking up. All deliveries after 7pm and last minute deliveries will have a minimum $50 delivery fee.

**Twin Creations reserves the right to refuse an order. If the date/time you requested is not available Twin Creations will offer another date/time slot.

**To properly accommodate all orders appropriately, please pick up no earlier than your allotted/scheduled time. Picking up early may result in a inconvenience/rush order fee.

**Once your order form has been recieved please allow Twin Creations 24hr-48hr to respond.

**Once your order has been confirmed and deposit is paid there will be a $25 fee to change your order date.

**All price quotes are only honored for 24hr after given.
