Acceptance Terms:

Selected vendors will receive an acceptance email. Once booth fees have been paid, the vendor will be announced and listed on our social media. Please read through our terms/conditions and our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy:

In the event that a vendor needs to cancel, fees will be refunded in FULL if notification is received by 30 days prior. A cancellation 15 days prior will be refunded 50%. No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received within 14 days of the 1st event date you are participating in.
